THERAPY SERVICES

Counseling Appointment Fees:

• Initial Intake session: Our initial meeting will take approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours.  The fee for this is $125.

• Regular session: You can expect a regular session to take up to 50 minutes. The fee for this is $100.

• Group session: Groups usually last 1 hour.  The fee for this is $45 per participant.

• Reports: $150 per hour

Some insurance companies are accepted and can be billed by Vita Counseling Services.  It is your responsibility to verify insurance authorization prior to any session.  Any balance not paid by your insurance is due on the day of your session.  Payment plans/schedules may be set up in certain circumstances, or as deemed necessary. 

Please give 24 hours notice for cancelled appointments, otherwise you will be charged for the session. Please discuss any concerns you may have about your payments with me as soon as possible.

LLPC SUPERVISION

Our counselors received their supervision training from The Mentoring Institute by completing a 30 hour course that trained them for clinical supervision. Our approach to supervision most closely aligns with the developmental models of supervision. As each supervisee progresses, they are expected to develop along stages ranging from novice to autonomous. It is our responsibility to identify where each supervisee is in their process and assist them accordingly along the way. To do this, we expect supervisees to self-reflect and present specific cases during our meetings.
