LLPC SUPERVISION

We received supervision training from The Mentoring Institute by completing a 30 hour course that trained us for clinical supervision. Our approach to supervision most closely aligns with the developmental models of supervision. As each supervisee progresses, they are expected to develop along stages ranging from novice to autonomous. It is our responsibility to identify where each supervisee is in their process and assist them accordingly along the way. To do this, we expect supervisees to self-reflect and present specific cases during our meetings. 

In addition, we have extensive experience in both clinical and school counseling. That provides both those who work in school settings and clinical settings a unique supervision experience.
